If you want to dress up like your favorite stars for Halloween but still be within the budget your parents set for you, the kids over at ElleGirl.com have come up with some cool costume suggestions. My favorite on the list happens to be Amy Winehouse.
To turn in Amy Winehouse, you will need a black mini dress, a neon bra, beehive wig, liquid eyeliner, tooth cap, fake tattoos and a black stiletto pumps. Why is it that her costume version looks better than the real Amy Winehouse?
A tip for anyone who chooses to wear this, go to rehab if you tend to party too much.
