Wow, people are really trying hard to substantiate this divorce rumor for Madonna and Guy Ritchie. Seems she was in Manhattan, sans wedding ring, attending a Kabbalah meeting with her kids and the biological father of daughter Lourdes. Guy, on the other hand, was attending Kabbalah services in London.

A rep for Madonna says, “Madonna has rarely worn a wedding band over these last six years, so there’s no secret message about that.”

We’ll see what happens….I don’t understand why people are so set on them breaking up.

It has just been revealed that Lindsay Lohan’s third studio album is going to be called ‘Spirit in the Dark’. The album will feature songs produced by Pharell Williams, Akon, StarGate, Bloodshy and Avant. It is also being said that the first single is not going to be the song ‘Bossy’ which has been floating on the internet. Instead, ‘Playground’ which features Pharell, will be released in radio in September. ‘Bossy’ was just a pre-single buzz track. The album is expected to drop on November 4. It is already being predicted that first week sales would be in the 900,000 range.

Avril Lavigne is turning into such a big diva that’s she’s getting confused about where some laws hold jurisdiction. Sources are saying that she’s being just that in Sweden. Apparently, Avril is set to perform in Sweden on Saturday where she has demanded that any photographer hoping to shoot at the concert sign a contract that goes against Swedish law. Apparently, the Canadian singer wants the Swedish media to follow US law. Now why would Swedes follow a US law when they’re in their home turf? Add to that, it’s not even an American pushing the law on them.
Avril is just so stupid.

Rihanna sat down for The View in Las Vegas on Monday morning where she was again asked about what’s going on with her and Chris Brown. The Barbadian babe replied “We hang out a lot. We’re very close. He’s an amazing person but we are not dating. We’re very close friends, though. Very, very close.” When she was asked about her tattoos, Rihanna explained the new one on her left shoulder saying “They’re Roman numerals. Me and my best friend got the same thing. It’s her DOB (date of birth) and she has mine.” Apart from getting some dish on the singer, Rihanna also performed her single ‘Take a Bow’ on the show.

The lovely Brittany Snow has the right idea about things. She says she’s not going to diet and she isn’t going to hire her personal trainer anymore.

Brittany says, “I refuse to do the whole diet, fitness, style thing anymore. I just kind of go and have fun. I know what I like, I know what makes me feel good, and that’s just what I do.”

She has been upfront about the fact that she had anorexia, exercise bulimia, depression, and body dysmorphic disorder as a teen. She was even down to a measly 85 pounds at one point. Now Brittany just wants to be happy. She says, “I go to the gym everyday, I eat really well, I buy dresses by myself, I want to work and be with my friends. That’s all I really care about.”

Good for you, girl!

Magazine as they reveal just what they look for in a girl. Joe says “[I look for] somebody who is really good to mom, somebody who likes to have fun.” The middle Jonas continues “It’s really important that when they walk into a room, they don’t only greet the people they think they’re supposed to greet, but they greet everybody.” If you’re after Kevin, he says that his ideal is “It’s a girl you can talk to on the phone and it be okay that you’re not always there.”

A lot of actors are trying hard to be musicians and a lot of musicians are trying hard to be actors. Try not to groan too loudly after finding out that Pete Wentz is making an effort at being a thespian by making an appearance on the David Duchovny show ‘Californication’ in September. Fortunately for us, Pete won’t be showing off any real acting chops as he will be playing himself. Duchovny’s character, a troubled writer named Hank, will see Pete at a pool party hanging out with the show’s resident teen. Pete will tell Hank how much he enjoyed his book. He shouldn’t suck at this too much then.

Justin Timberlake will never get married, says his close friend Trace Ayala. Although the ‘SexyBack’ singer is smitten with girlfriend Jessica Biel, business partner Ayala insists Justin has no plans to settle down.

When asked if Justin was thinking of marrying Jessica, Ayala said: “I hope so. To be honest, I don’t see wedding bells in the future, but I hope so. I really do.”

Ayala insists the couple - who have been dating for around a year - are perfect for each other and their relationship is stronger than ever. He added: “It is not just Jessica, it is also him when he is with her - it is awesome. They are just awesome together. She is just a great girl.”

Earlier this month, it was claimed Justin had been seen shopping for a wedding ring and was planning to pop the question to the ‘I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry’ actress. Rumours surfaced the pair were planning to marry on the privately owned island of Mustique in the West Indies.

A picture is worth a thousand words as they say and if the new X Factor cast photo says anything, it looks like the Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogue feud is on. It’s not unlikely to happen if UK’s The Sun has anything to say about it. According to the rag, the two have a stormy history as Danni once slammed Cheryl’s group Girls Aloud while Cheryl has accused Danni of too much plastic surgery. An insider also went to the Daily Mail saying “Cheryl is going to stir things up all over again. Cheryl is younger and more beautiful than Dannii - and she has a much more successful career in music. She is also as mouthy as Sharon and doesn’t mind making enemies. Dannii and Cheryl already have a history - expect the claws to be out - particularly over who is Simon Cowell’s favourite.”

Amy was hospitalized on Monday just for observation. Seems she fainted while at her London home and is just going to be watched and tested.

Maybe she thinks they’ll give her some drugs since her dealers were arrested.

As much as it pains me to say, another actress is trying her luck at being a singer. The good thing about it is, this one can actually sing. ‘Hairspray’ star Nikki Blonsky is already working on her first album. In a recent interview, she said “It’s something I really want to nurture. My album will probably be a mix of Stevie Nicks, Melissa Etheridge, and Sheryl Crow meets a little Linda Eder. You can expect everything from horns to electric guitars, a mix of big band with a bit of rock-n-roll.” Well that doesn’t sound so bad. But then again, she said that she was co-writing all of the songs. Now that’s something I didn’t want to hear.

Jessica Simpson, that is. Apparently, there have been some internet rumors going around about some hostility between Sean William Scott (best know for portraying Stifler in the American Pie series of films) and Nick Lachey.

Sean confimed the rumors, explaining that it was because he and Jess had hooked up and, well, had sex. Not sure if it happened during the filming of Dukes of Hazard, but it happened. Sean says, “No, but I did!”

Yeah, I guess that causes some hostility. And doesn’t that make Jess kinda whoreish to be boinking the biggest male whore in Hollywood? Oh wait, that’s just his character.

…about Angelina Jolie and her expected twins. The two were set to appear on The Today Show to talk about their new movie Kung Fu Panda, but instead they dished about Angelina’s babies and her due date.

Jack says it was his wife’s fault. Just before heading out, she told him, “Oh yeah, Angelina’s expecting twins.” He thought it was already confirmed news and didn’t realize it was only rumor at that point.

So, he brought it up. At that point, what could Angelina do but confirm? Wow, how many kids does that make?

Sharon Osbourne now has a replacement on the judge’s seat of Britain’s X Factor reality competition. According to reports, Girls Aloud signer Cheryl Cole is taking the spot. Spice Girl and pathological liar Mel B was supposedly offered the job first but due to undisclosed reasons, talks broke down. Cheryl will have the experience to offer the X Factor contestants advice as she lived through a similar experience as her group was formed on the now defunct Pop Idol show. Danni Minogue better move over. She’s no longer the hottest chick on the panel. I hope Cheryl has the same wit and humor as Sharon too.

Lily Allen is terrified she is turning into her mother. The ‘Smile’ singer - who traveled to the US this weekend to finish work on her new album - is so worried she is showing the same traits as her mother Alison it is making her feel sick.

She wrote on her blog: “We did go to my favorite sushi place last night, Ita-cho on Beverly. The miso eggplant (aubergine) is to die for, and the grilled peppers were pretty killer. ‘To die for, killer?’ Oh my god, I think I am getting old and uncool, I just used naff adjectives to describe something I like. Like my mother saying, ‘groovy’ or ‘yumsville’. Oh my god I’m going to be sick! I hope that was the jet lag talking.”

Lily also revealed she was treated to a ride in an airport buggy. She added: “They drove us to the gate on one of those buggy things as well, which was really fun, never been on one of those before. I don’t think all the business men liked us very much, some pink haired weirdo!”

No, he’s not looking for a romantic rendevous. Instead, he’s in search of a new “bro”. Followers of The Hills will know that he and former bud Spencer Pratt are no longer because of all the drama surrounding Lauren Conrad.

Kerry Katona is the most hated woman in Britain — according to a poll of British women. The former Atomic Kitten, 27 — seen drinking and smoking while pregnant — came top, followed by party girl Peaches Geldof, 19.

Third was film beauty Angelina Jolie, 33 — partner of Jennifer Anistons’s ex, Brad Pitt.

A spokeswoman for onepoll.com, which conducted the survey, said: “British women have very strong ideas about who they do and don’t like.”

Seems to me British women have very strong ideas about who they are jealous of…Angelina Jolie? It has to be jealousy.

In Touch is reporting that Justin Timberlake has asked girlfriend Jessica Biel to move into his 6-bedroom mansion. An insider says that “Jessica is preparing to live in Justin’s Hollywood Hills home. They’re both really excited.” But the 26-year old actress isn’t giving up her old digs in Brentwood, California. The insider adds that “Jessica’s giving the house to her parents and brother because she doesn’t want to sell it.” The couple living together is a big step for the 27-year old Justin. The musician has never taken this step before with his other flames but the insider insists that he’s ready saying “They’re definitely headed for marriage. Moving in is just the beginning.”

Sophie Ellis-Bextor is desperate for more children. The ‘Murder on the Dancefloor’ singer – who already has a four-year-old son Sonny with husband Richard Jones – would love to extend her family but is too busy concentrating on her career.

She said: “I’d love to have more children but I’m just really tied up with work at the moment so now’s not really a good time. My album’s out in September so maybe after that. I love spending time with Sonny and luckily I can fit a lot of my work round him. He’ll start school either this September or next so I’ll have a bit more free time then.”

Sophie was speaking after she had performed a set at the launch of new summer drink Martini Rosato, at London’s exclusive Kensington Roof Gardens. The bash was hosted by Australian beauty Natalie Imbruglia, who seemed to enjoy Sophie’s performance and at one point playfully pushed a fellow partygoer onto the dance floor, on which the young girl happily showed off her best moves.

Although Natalie – who looked stunning in a knee-length cream dress – refrained from joining the reveler on the dance floor she couldn’t help but bop along to Sophie’s songs while watching at the front of the crowd.
