Katy Perry Goes to Hell
You know you’ve made it big when others start making covers of your songs. Just ask Rihanna how it felt when she heard the many mixes of her song ‘Umbrella’. However, it seems like the people at a church in Blacklick, Ohio aren’t too thrilled with Katy Perry’s ‘I Kissed a Girl’. The Havens Corners Church has a sign outside with their version of the song saying “I kissed a girl and I liked it then I went to hell.” The pastor, Rev. Dave Allison, says that it’s intended as a loving warning to teens since the Bible teaches that homosexuality is a sin. He did admit that the sign confused some people who don’t know the song or get the message. I guess Katy isn’t that big in Ohio.
