Lily Allen has been known to be one to trash talk fellow celebrities. You would think that she will be saying some bad stuff about Britney Spears but on a recent BBC Radio interview, Lily actually said some nice things about the recovered singer. When asked about Britney’s performance on X-Factor, Lily said “I love Britney Spears, I don’t care if she mimed or not, we all know she’s a mimer, and that’s a hard song to sing live. I loved her outfit, she looked really good.” Lily also talked about the fiasco at Heaven club and said that she could understand why Britney chose not to perform saying that the club was really hot and there were a lot of people fainting all over the place.

CosmoGirl was said to be folding last month but they are going out with a big bang by having Taylor Swift as their cover girl for their December/January double issue. The 18-year old country crooning sweetheart, who recently picked up Favorite Female Country Artist at the 2008 American Music Awards, is featured on the cover and in an accompanying five-page spread, where she is in the lead position in the magazine’s annual ‘Born to Lead’ honors section. Taylor was photographed for her feature in New York City’s Central Park. Taylor will also be joining Jay Leno on The Tonight Show on December 5th for a performance a interview.

Nicole Richie had a bit of fun as she gave bunny ears to her partner and Harlow’s papa, Joel Madden and his recently singled twin brother, Benji at the release party of Good Charlotte’s ‘Greatest Hits Remix’ album at the Ecco Ultra Lounge in Hollywood. The new album features the band’s greatest hits as remixed by some of today’s leading music artists including The Game, Bubba Sparxx, Joe Hahn, Metro Station and The White Tie Affair. The album has been available in stores nationwide since late November. I wasn’t even aware that Good Charlotte had any hits. I can only remember one song of theirs to begin with.

Former pop star Sinitta who works with Simon on The X-Factor has recently said that he really has what it takes when it comes to sex: “Sorry boys, it’s true, he’s rich and good.” Apparently he is really fond of staying friends with his exes and Sinitta was a big support for him after a recent break-up, as a source say: Sinitta and Simon have become much closer although Simon insists they’re just good friends. He prides himself on staying friends with exes.” Right, so he’s great in bed and all his exes stay friends with him… doesn’t something correlate into a certain way just a little bit here?
