Jessica Biel wants to play a ‘man’ in a movie

Everyone wants to play a different character in their next movie. So when Jessica Biel wants to do it that’s no surprise but the only thing really different about her wish is that she would like to play a male character in a movie.
She said: “I think it’s almost historical in Hollywood that there just aren’t so many good parts for women as they are for men. I think as long as you’re playing the wife or the girlfriend to the lead then you’re always playing second fiddle to the guys.”
Jessica has hit the bull’s eye here, if you want to grow as an actor then you will have to find meaningful roles to do or else you are more or less just making up the numbers. The girl seemed every down to earth when confessing it were her looks that has got her this far in Hollywood.
But again I completely agree with her on this point either you are made to stand next to a hunk or stud in an action movie or driving a car with friends to the beach that’s what I have seen most Hollywood actress do in the movies. May be would push all the way to change that.
