So what would you do to keep a noisy neighbor quiet? Use the Internet! This was Ashton Kutcher’s way of getting back at his neighbor who woke him and his wife Demi Moore from their sweet slumber at seven in the morning no thanks to his noisy construction project nearby. Kutcher used Twitter and his videoblog to curse his neighbor Bruce Goldsmith who was reportedly a screenwriter. However, Kutcher realized that not only did the L.A. Department of Building and Safety codes allowed such noise starting 7 in the morning but the same neighbor put up with his own home construction project and noise not so long ago.

With this realization, Kutcher once again used the Internet to pledge to be more tolerant of his neighbor’s noise. But still, he justified his earlier tirade saying he likes to hear something nice at 7 a.m. like a John Mayer music perhaps as opposed to banging sounds. Kutcher said his home construction crew even though of waiting until 8 a.m. to start hammering but decided against it. He ended his blog by thanking Twitter for giving him World Wide Web space to blab about his morning entertainment.

The daughter of famous singer Ozzy Osbourne ended up in rehab apparently due to her great affinity for the party atmosphere in London. A source said: “It’s a very party atmosphere there. Kelly just tends to get back into that rut when she’s there since her friends are there, and she’s just more comfortable there. The old party habits come back.” So, that’s the reason Kelly Osbourne is in rehab: she’s trying to get rid of her party addiction. Of course, there’s no going to a party without getting wasted, or sipping or smoking one thing or the other… after all, that’s what having a good time is all about. I wonder what party time will be like for Kelly Osbourne in rehab.
