Will Smith & Jada Pinkett want media to show restraint in Chris Brown case

Will Smith is amongst the most bankable actors in Hollywood and along with his wife Jada Pinkett they form a formidable couple whose voice reaches every corner of the industry. The couple has asked the media to show restraint in the Chris Brown & Rihanna spat controversy.

Chris has been charged with making criminal threats and a scheduled court appearance has been marked for March. Speaking on this issue and the events Will said “Jada and I reached out to both of them. If it’s help they need, then let’s get it right. This is a time where they need to be left alone and if they have things they need to work out, work it out. People should take a minute before they jump on it and judge. We don’t know nothing. If there are mistakes people make, then they should be willing to live up to the mistakes and do whatever penance they need to do. I don’t think it’s up to us, specifically the media, with such a fast hand to try to chop someone’s head off.”

Jada is a women herself and sincerely this matter should not be blown under the carpet just cos’ it would create a bad name for Hollywood stars rather the media should highlight such incidents and show that there are atrocities happening against women in broad minded Hollywood as well.

Mandy Moore thrilled about engagement to Ryan Adams

Singer Mandy Moore could not keep her excitement to herself and admitted she is thrilled to be engaged to indie rocker Ryan Adams when she guested at The Bonnie Hunt Show. The 24-year old Moore said she is very happy with her engagement which came at the right time when is already complete, referring to her successful career. Moore and the 34-year old Adams have been dating on and off since 2008.

Adams likened Mandy to an angel that anyone would wish to meet his whole life. He however admitted to being allergic to paparazzi and that he has found an antidote which is to stay behind his guitar and typewriter. Moore became popular with her youthful singing style but was also able to crossover to the movies with the films “A Walk to Remember”, “Saved and American Dreamz” and “License to Wed”. Adams on the other hand is famous for the single “New York, New York”.
