Lindsay Lohan’s jail prospects:

The warrant issued earlier bearing the stars name apparently states that she broke the terms of her probation. Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer released the following statement regarding the warrant: “Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.” Looks like Lindsay Lohan is off the hook yet again… good luck trying to catch a fish like that. But it’s probably all for the best… there are much more dangerous criminals out there that directly harm people…not just suck the life out of society for no apparent reason.
