Mandy Moore Talks Marriage

Friday, May 29th, 2009

Mandy Moore is quite busy promoting her latest album ‘Amanda Leigh’ but that’s not giving her any trouble as she’s also adjusting to married life with singer and songwriter Ryan Adams. The singer recently talked to people about her marriage saying “Marriage is such a mark of adulthood in my mind. It still feels not entirely real. Things are wonderful, and there’s such a peaceful settledness about it. But sometimes I can’t wrap my head around it. It seems bizarre but really cool at the same time, like, ‘Wow – I did that!’ I’m enjoying life, but I was enjoying it before [marriage] too. It’s not like, ‘Oh, my life is complete now.’ I just have this extra incredible bonus of my best friend in the whole world, getting to spend every day with him.”

p>Justin Long has said he was “honoured” to work with Spiderman director Sam Raimi on new film Drag Me To Hell.

The 30-year-old actor, who has had an on-off relationship with Drew Barrymore, admitted he loves horror movies and jumped at the chance to appear in the new flick.

Asked if he was a fan of Raimi, he said: “Huge. I love Evil Dead, I grew up watching those movies. Darkman and The Gift are brilliant, too. He’s responsible for some of my favourite movies.”

He added: “He’s always been great with actors. I was honoured, I was really excited. It was a no-brainer.”
