Movie star Kellan Lutz said the fan mail he received from “Twilight moms” has made him “blush”.

Kellan, 24, plays the role of vampire Emmett Cullen in the hit vampire flick, and is said to be currently dating 21-year-old star AnnaLynne McCord.

The actor admitted he was surprised to receive attention from older women as well as teenagers.

He said: “It has been strange, not because of the attention, which is of course flattering, but because of the age ranges. It’s from young teenagers all the way to their 40-year-old mothers!

“Those Twilight moms have made me blush more than once with the fan mail and the packages that they send.”

Kellan said he and co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are still keeping grounded despite their growing fame.

He said: “Everyone is still very modest and low-key.”

The Proposal star Ryan Reynolds has admitted he once had a terrifying experience while sky-diving.

Reynolds, 32, who is married to actress Scarlett Johansson, told how the incident has left him with a constant fear of dying.

"I wanted to get my sky-diving licence,” he said. “I did 12 jumps, then on my 13th, my ‘chute opened the wrong way and it put me into a crazy spin.

"I landed OK. But it’s given me a fear of flying – I think I’m going to die."

Reynolds stars in new film The Proposal with actress Sandra Bullock, and he revealed the movie’s script lured the Miss Congeniality star out of her rom-com retirement.

"She wasn’t going to do another rom-com ever again,” said Reynolds.

“But then this script came along, and it was amazing. She couldn’t pass it up."
