Chris Brown’s Sentencing Delayed
Wednesday, August 12th, 2009The judge assigned to Chris Brown’s assault hearing postponed the sentencing last week to August 27th. The Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg was expected to pass down five years of probation and around 1400 hours of labor oriented service after the R&B singer pleaded guilty of a felony assault against Rihanna. However, the judge had not received some important documentation about the proposed community service plan for Chris which is why she couldn’t fully approve a sentencing. That’s just great. It just bought him a few more weeks of freedom. We have such a great judicial system huh?
