Hills star Audrina Patridge reportedly hooked up with Glee newcomer Mark Salling at a recent party in LA.

The 24-year-old was at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party in LA at Voyeur and it is claimed she only had eyes for Salling, 27, who is the new boy in FOX’s new show Glee.

The pair were reportedly sitting at a shared table where they spent 45 minutes talking into each other’s ears and laughing before leaving with their own entourages.

Last month Patridge ended her two-month relationship with BMX star Corey Bohan because of ‘conflicting schedules’.

Model Daisy Lowe enjoyed spending the week naked while shooting the new Pirelli calendar.

The 20-year-old, the daughter of Bush star Gavin Rossdale and fashion designer Pearl Lowe, posed for the pictures with Australian model Catherine McNeil and they only had a large tyre to hide their modesty.

She said to reporters: “It was quite freeing, being able to be naked for a week.”

The sequel to Twilight has smashed the US box-office record for midnight screenings.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon brought in a staggering $26.27 million for overnight showings, new figures have revealed.

The movie, which stars heart-throb actor Robert Pattinson, broke the record set by Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in July.

The Potter flick earned $22.2 million in overnight showings on July 15.

Paul Dergarabedian, president of Hollywood.com Box-Office, said New Moon’s overnight take ‘portends an opening weekend that could be one of the biggest of the year’.

The Twilight films are adapted from a series of vampire-based fantasy novels by American author Stephenie Meyer.

They chart a period in the life of Isabella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, who falls in love with 104-year-old vampire Edward Cullen, portrayed by Pattinson.

The series of books has sold more than 85 million copies worldwide and been translated into more than 38 different languages across the globe.

After New Moon and Half-Blood Prince, the films that earned the most in midnight screenings are The Dark Knight ($18.5 million), Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith ($16.9 million) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ($16 million).
