Kevin Jonas marries bride Danielle Deleasa
Kevin Jonas has married Danielle Deleasa in a “fairytale” ceremony.
The Disney star walked down the aisle with former hairdresser Danielle at a French-style chateau in New York on Saturday afternoon.
“We’re so happy that we’re finally married and we were able to share the special moment with family, friends and loved ones,” the couple said in a statement.
Kevin, 22, and Danielle, 23, recited traditional vows and exchanged Jacob & Co. wedding rings they designed for one another.
His brothers – and Jonas Brothers bandmates – Joe and Nick served as best men at the ceremony, which took place amid tight security at the Oheka Castle estate in Huntington, Long Island.
And while a blizzard that dumped up to eight inches of snow in the area threatened the party, the wedding was still attended by 400 family members and friends.
Among the celebrity guests was fellow Disney star, Demi Lovato.
“The snow only made it look more like a winter wonderland,” said Michael Russo.
He created a fairytale forest under heated white tents, complete with 14-foot trees draped in hydrangeas and crystals made to look like icicles.
He added: “Kevin has said many times he feels like he met his princess. To see them together you can feel the warmth and the love all around them. They are just perfect for each other.
“Danielle looked like a princess. Kevin couldn’t stop smiling.”
Danielle – in a Vera Wang gown – wore a silk-and-crystal flower in her hair designed by Denise Leli, because she was wearing one when she met Kevin in the Bahamas on holiday in 2007.
Guests enjoyed Caribbean, Asian and Italian food afterwards.
