Cheryl Cole gets the vote

Friday, January 15th, 2010

In a recent study by Nikon it seems that Cheryl Cole got the majority of votes for being the most photogenic woman. This is what a spokesperson from Nikon said about the result: “Cheryl Cole was a clear winner and is loved by the nation for her looks, dress sense and friendly nature.” And her great taste in men… one must forget Cheryl Cole’s great taste and sense of selection when it comes to men. After all, what woman wouldn’t want a husband like Ashley Cole? Maybe Nikon should take into consideration this factor as well when it comes to their poles.

Twilight star Kellan Lutz hopes to be the new Conan the Barbarian

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Twilight star Kellan Lutz has confirmed reports that he’s in the running to star in movie Conan the Barbarian.

Lutz, 24, who plays Emmett Cullen in the hit Twilight saga, admitted that he is definitely up for the role.

He told E! Online: “It’s something I’ve been actively going after because I’d die to put the weight back on.

“I’m tired of playing young. I want to be the big guy that I was.”

He added: “I’ve been auditioning. They’re finalising so they’re trying to figure out what happens next. I’ve been waiting for a while, doing screen tests. There are just so many cooks in the kitchen.

“If it happens, it happens… Regardless, it’s not gonna be the new Arnold Schwarzenegger type of movie, no one’s going to try and play that role. I think they’re going for a different type of story.

“I’m just excited, because the script is great.”

Emmy Rossum VS Heidi Montag

Friday, January 15th, 2010

After getting a glimpse at the cover of the new People magazine which sensationalizes Heidi Montag’s addiction to plastic surgery, Emmy Rossum couldn’t hold back her anger. The singer/actress slammed both the attention whore and the magazine via her official Twitter. Emmy said “It upsets me to see young women in the spotlight advocating plastic surgery. ANY surgery is extremely dangerous & should not be taken lightly, much less, used as a tool to increase notoriety or popularity. By putting this on magazine covers, we are somehow legitimizing the dangerous lengths to which some will go for fame and ‘beauty’. There are so many REAL ISSUES in this world that NEED attention. Let’s try to take a moment to be grateful we are ALIVE.” Well said!
