Eclipse star Xavier Samuel said he has been taking tips from co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart about dealing with fame.
Samuel, 26, will make his debut in the Twilight Saga in the third flick, Eclipse, when it is released in cinemas later this year.
Asked if he is ready for the Twilight level of fame, he said to ELLE magazine: “I haven’t quite got my hands on any brochure that says: ‘In the event that you become insanely famous, what do you do?’
“But I think I can take a leaf from Rob and Kristen’s book. They’ve done a good job keeping their wits in the whirlwind of it all but also letting it get them where they want to be future-role wise.”
Samuel’s character Riley has a kissing scene with fellow newbie Bryce Dallas Howard’s character Victoria in the new movie.
He admitted that they prepped well for the scene: “Bryce and I watched YouTube clips of the best kisses in cinematic history for research.”
It seems that Justin Bieber can’t go anywhere. A few days ago, the pop singer witnessed the power of his crazy fans when 4000 screaming girls showed up for his free concert in Australia. The show was cancelled due to safety reasons. Though not at the same magnitude, Justin received a similar welcome when he arrived in New Zealand. According to reports, 500 fans camped out in Auckland International Airport hoping to catch a glimpse of the teen sensation. Airport officials amped up security to ensure safety and fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries. And just to be on the safe side, they also upped the man power at his hotel.
Actress Jessica Alba said she ‘worked out like crazy’ after booking a job just three months after her daughter Honor was born in 2008.
Alba, 29, lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Cash Warren, and their daughter Honor, who will turn two in June.
Talking about getting back into shape following the birth of her daughter, the actress admitted it was tough as she had to work just months after.
She said to UK’s You magazine: “I had an acting job booked three months after Honor was born, so I worked out like crazy – it wasn’t fun at all. I gained 55lb when I was pregnant so I had a lot of weight to shift!
“I found breast-feeding was great for losing weight, too. Now I keep fit by running around after Honor and doing power-yoga at my house.”

Miley Cyrus apparently ruined the first attempt at filming the most emotional scene in her latest movie, “The Last Song”, because her phone rang in the middle of the shooting. This is what Miley Cyrus related on the matter: “The funniest scene was also the saddest. Ronnie visits her terminally-ill dad in hospital and is struggling to hold back the tears. It was absolutely silent on set and suddenly my mobile phone goes off playing ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy.’ I’m just so anxious about losing my phone I always have it with me. That was quite embarrassing, but also absolutely hilarious.” Well, at least it made for a very good dose of irony. The movie company will probably thank Miley Cyrus for that one later on when this scene shows in the DVD sales.
Sandra Bullock is not seeking custody of Jesse James’s children, according to her rep.
RadarOnline is reporting that The Blind Side star does not want to get involved in a legal battle with her husband for his three children.
“She has absolutely no plans to get custody of Jesse James’s children,” said her rep, Cheryl Maisel.
It has been reported that Bullock was looking after Jesse James Jr, Chandler and Sunny while James was being treated for sex addiction at a rehab centre in Arizona.
But recent photos showed the tattooed biker has returned to his Huntington Beach home to be with his children.
Back in November 2009, Bullock was battling with James’s ex-wife Janine Lindemulder for custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Sunny.
Porn star Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion and Bullock helped raise Sunny.
“I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have the girl was because I could not have children of my own,” Bullock wrote in a letter to a judge at Lindemulder’s court hearing.
“That couldn’t be farther from the truth.
“I myself have stopped working like I used to in order to be here with Jesse and the kids because we are on constant high alert never knowing what condition Janine will be in, and even more concerning, the condition the girl will be in.
“I know the term ‘stepmother’ carries many connotations, one of them being ‘glorified babysitter’.
“My commitment and responsibility to the girl goes beyond that.”
A fourth instalment of horror flick Scream is reportedly set to kick off a new trilogy.
Screenwriter Kevin Williamson dished details of the upcoming movie to FEARnet.com.
He revealed that it will see the triumphant returns of Sidney, played by Neve Campbell, as well as Courtney Cox’s character, Gale, and Dewey, played by David Arquette.
Unfortunately, fan favourite Randy – played by Jamie Kennedy – won’t be returning.
“No. We’re not that movie,” says Williamson. “We’re not that universe where you can bring people back from the dead.
“That would be just a cheat. It’s such a disservice.”
Williamson describes Scream 4 as the first chapter of a new trilogy.
“I am contracted for ’4′ and ’5′, but the deal for ’6′ is not done,” he said.
“I pitched three films. The story is about returning to Woodsboro, and ‘Scream 5′ – knock on wood, if we actually get to it, because ’4′ has to be good in order for us to make a ’5′.
“’5′ will be a continuation of ’4,’ but ’4′ is its own movie.”

Doctor Who star Matt Smith is reportedly fighting off attention from his ex-girlfriend, as well as British model Daisy Lowe.

Beverly Hills 90210 star Jennie Garth has reportedly revealed that she is happy to be a stay-at-home mum and take a back seat to her husband’s career.
Garth, 38, who plays Kelly Taylor in the popular US series, is married to Twilight star Peter Facinelli and they have three daughters together.
In a recent interview with Time Out New York Kids, the What I Like About You actress said that she is happy to let her husband focus on his career while she looks after their children.
She said: “Right now, I love taking a back seat to him and being a supportive wife. I’ve been so fortunate in my career. I’ve directed, acted and produced.
“At this point, I’m completely happy to be a mother and wife and if I work, that’s fine, but he’s more than capable of taking care of us. There’s no competition or jealousy.”

Naomi Campbell lost her cool and angrily knocked away a camera after being quizzed over allegations she was given a “blood diamond” by the deposed African despot Charles Taylor.
“I didn’t receive a diamond and I’m not going to speak about that,” Campbell told ABC News before walking out of an interview and punching the camera in a producer’s hand.
Prosecutors in the Hague for the UN-backed Special Court for Sierra Leone say Campbell has refused their requests to be interviewed about the allegations.
Campbell would not answer questions from ABC about her alleged refusal to cooperate with the international criminal tribunal. Her London-based lawyer also declined to comment.
Campbell’s alleged receipt of a “blood diamond” first surfaced after actress Mia Farrow told prosecutors she heard Campbell describe a “huge diamond” she had received from Taylor.
“You don’t forget when a girlfriend tells you she was given a huge diamond in the middle of the night,” Farrow insisted.
Farrow said she and Campbell were both guests at the home of South African president Nelson Mandela while Taylor was also visiting.
She said Campbell described in detail a middle of the night visit from two of Taylor’s men.
“She said during the night, some men had knocked at her door and she, half-asleep, had opened the door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and that they had given her a huge diamond,” Farrow told ABC News. “We were like, ‘oh my gosh.’”
Under cross-examination at the trial, Taylor repeatedly denied he had a large quantity of diamonds or that he sent one to Naomi Campbell.

The curvy brunette claims Damon Thomas repeatedly beat her and demanded to know where she was at every minute of the day.
According to the documents, Thomas would allegedly punch her in the face, slam her against walls and throw her across the room, leaving her bruised and battered.
His alleged bullying was so terrible, he gave her $3,650 to get liposuction because he wanted her to be “perfect” – then gave her an additional $1,000 for further surgery.
Thomas even forced Kim to quit jobs and college, poisoned her mind against her own family and would not let her see her friends, the court papers claim.

Avatar actress Zoe Saldana has said James Cameron “made little soldiers out of” the cast.
Saldana, 31, was referring to director Cameron’s environmental fight to help the real-life natives in the Amazon forest try and protect their land.
She said to Parade.com: “It sort of recalls the Navis in Avatar. He’s in Brazil helping natives in the Amazon forest try to stop a major dam project that could destroy their land.
