There has recently been some speculation that Lindsay Lohan might be going to jail since she has failed to attend all of her classes on alcohol and thus she might not be square with her court orders. However, her lawyer recently released a statement in which he vehemently claims this is not true: “Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes. For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.” How responsible of “Ms. Lohan”… supposedly she’s been keeping up with her work as well. That sure doesn’t sound like the Lindsay Lohan everyone knows.

If you want to know who the sexiest female is in the whole world, ask FHM and they’ll tell you that it’s the newly single Cheryl Cole. FHM’s list of the Sexiest Woman Alive was recently released and the top honor was given to the hot Girls Aloud singer. While there are a lot more famous women on the list, Cheryl deserves the honor. Coming in behind her on the list is Megan Fox in second place, Victoria’s Secret model Marisa Miller in third, and The Saturdays’ star Frankie Sandford in fourth. Congratulations to all the ladies who made the list! Thank your mothers for the genes!

Love rat Tiger Woods has reportedly met with a divorce lawyer after admitting to himself that his marriage is over.

The golf ace, who cheated on wife Elin Nordegren with dozens of women, has talked to Florida lawyer Jeff Fisher, the New York Daily News reports:

Fisher was unavailable for comment on the report, which comes as Nordegren is staying in Sweden with the couple’s two young children.

She is said to want to return there permanently, but Woods is worried he won’t see his kids if she does.

“She’s returning from Sweden within two weeks and that’s when events with Tiger will come to a showdown,” a source said.

Other sources insist Nordegren, 30, is definitely divorcing Woods, 34. “It’s 100% happening,” an insider told Us Weekly magazine. “Elin and her mum met with a lawyer before they went to Sweden. It’s going to take a long time to go through. [But] she will go through with it. She is all about being a mom. She will do it slowly and carefully.”

Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted she sometimes wears earplugs to drown out the noise her children Apple and Moses make.

“They’re kids and they have to do what they have to do. You just have to wear earplugs sometimes,” People reports Paltrow as saying.

“I started to with all these toys that make noise, instead of smashing the toys when I haven’t slept and, like, lose my mind. I just put on headphones or earplugs.”

Appearing on the Ellen show to promote her new movie, Iron Man 2, the Oscar-winner also admitted she would like to have another child.

“I would love to have another child at some point,” she said. “I feel very, very lucky that I have two healthy, nice ones.”
