Gossip Girl heart-throb Ed Westwick, who plays bad boy Chuck Bass in the show, has told how he is “very much single”.
The English star is currently Down Under on a promo tour – and Aussie girls are bombarding him with offers to get hitched.
Speaking in a TV interview, he said: “I’ve been getting a lot of marriage requests.
“I’m not married. I’m very much single right now.
“No girlfriend, no.”
Talking about his recent 23rd birthday, he added: “It was a happy birthday but unfortunately it coincided with England being beaten by Germany in the World Cup.
“I had a barbecue with friends and family at my parents’ house.
“It wasn’t too big but it was good fun.”
Westwick said he enjoys the fame Gossip Girl has helped bring about.
“I get to do things like go to Australia, meet loads of people. It’s great.
“We’ve had a good run with Gossip Girl as well. We’re into the fourth season now, it’s great.”
It seems that the world’s most adorable couple have procured themselves yet another highly adorable pet: a Jack Russell terrier. Nick Cannon had this to say about his and Mariah Carey’s new dog: "The new dog is amazing. It is all cute right now." The little creature has apparently been named Jackie Lambchops, a notion of Mariah Carey’s which she got from “The Sopranos”. It’s a good thing they chose that breed… they stay cuter for longer. No one would want Mariah Carey to get bored with it and send it on its way in favor of a replacement… that would just be sad.
Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner has admitted he would like to go back to school one day.
Lautner, 18, shot to fame when he landed the role of werewolf Jacob Black in the hit vampire movie series.
However the teen actor says he would still like to continue with his education.
He told Extra: “I finished high school and enrolled in my local community college. I got 10 credits out of the way. Ever since Twilight hit, it’s been a little busy.
“So if I’m not working, then I’ll be doing school.”

Leonardo DiCaprio may have to don a dress for a potential new role, playing legendary FBI director J. Edgar Hoover.
The Shutter Island star revealed that he was in talks with Clint Eastwood to take the role of the crime-fighter who “had his hand in some of the most sort of scandalous events in American history -everything from the Vietnam war and Dillinger to Martin Luther King and JFK”.
The actor said the project would place emphasis on Hoover’s “secret life” and his alleged interest in cross-dressing, E Online reports.
“Will I wear a dress?” the 35-year-old pondered. “Not as of yet. We haven’t done the fittings for those.”
American Pie actor Chris Klein has been charged with drink driving – and if he’s convicted he’s going to jail.
The 31-year-old actor is facing one count of driving under the influence and a second count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office confirmed.
And because Klein has a previous DUI conviction from 2004, he will spend time behind bars if he is found guilty of the charges.
California law states that multiple DUI offenders must serve a minimum of 96 hours in jail. The maximum prison sentence he could face is 12 months.
Klein, who is best known for his role as Oz in 1999 movie American Pie, might also have to take a breath test every time he wants to start his car if convicted.
A new law, going into effect next month, requires multiple DUI offenders to have an ‘ignition interlock system’ installed in their car if they want to drive.
The system is essentially a breathalyser test that is synced up to the vehicle. If the driver is not sober, the car will not start.
Klein was pulled over while driving westbound on the US 101 at Woodman Avenue, Sherman Oaks, California, in the early hours of June 16.
Officers stopped him at 3.13am when they noticed his car weaving between lanes two, three and four of the freeway.
The actor reportedly failed field sobriety tests and was arrested – and according to US reports two breathalyser tests registered his blood alcohol level at .22 and .24 – three times the legal limit of .08.
Klein has since checked into rehab and is enrolled in a 30-day alcohol addiction programme at the Cirque Lodge centre in Utah.

Twilight author Stephenie Meyer has said she is “very happy” with the third movie Eclipse.
Meyer, who wrote the Twilight Saga books which the movies – starring Robert Pattinson – are based on, recently attended the premiere of the third movie and said she was more than happy with the adaptation.
She said to MTV News: “It’s really good. It’s so much fun to watch. One of the ways I judge a good movie is I forget to be critical because I’m just having fun – and with this one, I definitely was having a good time watching it.”
Meyer also spoke about the director’s decision to re-shoot the famous tent scene.
She said: “It was so simple – it was [just] a blocking issue. When Bella and Jacob crawl into the sleeping bag together, he didn’t put his arms around her, he just kind of backed away from her – I wasn’t [on set] that day to say: ‘Hold it!’ [So] we went back and put that in. I’m very happy with that.”

Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath has introduced his baby twins and said their birth was the ‘greatest moment’ of his life.
McGrath, 42, and fiancee Carin Kingsland welcomed twins Lydon Edward and Hartley Grace in April.
Speaking about his two-month-old babies, he told PEOPLE: “She’s so precious, just a princess. And he’s my little dude. Their birth was the greatest moment of my life.”
Kingsland added that the twins are ‘polar opposites’ as Lydon ‘knows what he wants and wants it now’ while Hartley is ‘very calm and has a lot of patience. She’s very sweet’.
Kim Kardashian has donned a fake moustache and glasses to help raise awareness of ovarian cancer.
The reality TV star appears in magazine ads alongside US daytime TV presenter, Kelly Ripa.
They are promoting Super Saturday Live, a special benefit on the QVC shopping channel, which will air in the US on Saturday, July 31.
Net proceeds will go to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
Both women don fake moustaches and hats but Kardashian, 29, also has a pair of black-rimmed glasses perched on her nose.

The Killer Inside Me star Jessica Alba has stopped a fan having plastic surgery to look like her.
Alba, 29, took action when she heard that Xiaoqing was going to have the cosmetic procedure to try and win back her ex-boyfriend who loved the actress.
However after hearing about the 21-year-old’s plans, Alba told an American newspaper: “I think you should never have to change yourself like that.
“If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.”
Xiaoqing, who is from Shanghai, China, then heard about Alba’s comments and said: “I think it’s great that Jessica is so concerned about me. Her words also played an important role in my decision.”
Twilight star Taylor Lautner has said the Stretch Armstrong superpower is one of the worst.
Lautner, 18, who plays werewolf Jacob in the Twilight series, is eyeing up a role as the lead in a big-screen production of Stretch Armstrong.
Speaking to MTV News, he said: “It’s like the worst superhero power, possibly, to get. And how you’re going to take that and use it for good and how you’re going to be creative with that [is the predicament].”
However, he added: “The awesome thing with toys is it doesn’t give you a storyline, so you get to create it. The development process for this movie has been awesome and it’s going to continue to be. I just can’t wait to see a script.”

The 21-year old singer and half brother of Miley Cyrus spoke out about the High School Musical star saying “I’ve met and know a bunch of celebrities. Mad Men star Christina Hendricks has told of milking cows and admiring Jessica Alba’s body.
The 35-year-old, celebrated for her curves, opens up in the latest issue of Health.
When told that many women admire her body, or consider it the one they most want, Hendricks says: “Really? They don’t say Jessica Alba? ‘Cause that’s what I say. It’s such a compliment, because of all those times, I had agents who were like: ‘You have to lose some weight’, and all of a sudden, people are celebrating it. It’s like: ‘Oh thank you. Thank you for letting me be me.’”
The actress also reveals another talent. She tells the US magazine that she likes milking cows – something she learned when she lived in Idaho.
“I’m quite good at it,” she says, admitting she misses the smell of hay and farms.
“There’s a trick. If you lean your head against the udder, it produces more milk, ’cause [your head] is like a calf.”
Hendricks also proves to be unconventional in other ways admitting that – not only is she secure with her body – she was once delighted that she put on weight.
“Back when I was modelling, the first time I went to Italy I was having cappuccinos every day, and I gained 15lbs,” the actress says. “And I felt gorgeous. I would take my clothes off in front of the mirror and be like: ‘Oh, I look like a woman’.
“And I felt beautiful, and I never tried to lose it, ’cause I loved it.”
Selena Gomez & the Scene have released the first single off of their upcoming second album. The song, called ‘Round and Round’, was produced by Kevin Rudolf and I think that it’s super catchy. The Disney princess turned singer and the rest of her band is doing some pretty good work. I can’t wait to hear what else they’ve got. It’s unapologetically pop but I doubt we’re going to hear Selena say anything about that unlike Miley Cyrus who claims to not listen to pop while being considered one of the biggest stars of pop music today. It hurt so much to say that.
Harry Potter actress Bonnie Wright said she chooses the wizarding film series over Twilight any day.
Wright, 19, is engaged to actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who has had roles in both of the supernatural movie franchises.
Bower, 21, plays the role of evil Volturi member Caius in the Twilight Saga and will portray wizard Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Speaking at the opening of the new Harry Potter theme park in Florida, Wright admitted her allegiances lie with her own film.
She said to PEOPLE: “Harry Potter all the way. Since I was [nine years old].”
Asked about her relationship with Bower, she said: “It’s great.”
