Lindsay Lohan wants to appeal against her prison sentence

On the 6th of July Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in prison by judge Marsha Revel. The young actress is very scared and would do anything to avoid sitting in jail. All Lindsay’s lawyer has to do is file a notice of appeal, and judge Revel will have no choice but grant Lindsay bail pending the appeal. It is very unlikely that Lindsay’s appeal will be successful, but at least it will keep her out of jail for at least six months or even a year, because that’s how long it takes the appeal to be heard.

Tearful goodbyes as The Hills draws to an end

Kristin Cavallari shared an emotional hug with her crush Brody Jenner as MTV’s The Hills came to an end with a tearful finale.

After six seasons the drama ended its run on US television and was introduced by the cast from a live party at Hollywood’s famous Roosevelt Hotel.

The episode begun with Cavallari, pictured, deciding to move to Europe to ‘find herself’ after being rejected by Jenner.

She then holds a going away party – also at the Roosevelt – where Jenner surprises the gang by showing up and asking her not to leave.

But Cavallari tearfully responds: “I need to go somewhere to figure out who I am, what I really want in life.”

In the show’s final ‘dramatic’ scene, they meet again as she leaves her home for the last time.

The pair can be seen sharing a tearful hug with the Hollywood sign on the hills in the background as Cavallari gets into her car.

Earlier in the episode, Stephanie Pratt agreed to move in with boyfriend Josh while Audrina Partridge moved to a new home on the beach.
