The singer is apparently trying to reassure her fans from all over that even though she might have went a bit over the rail recently with all of her rockin’ out and whatnot, she’s still in complete control of herself. This is what Miley Cyrus said on the matter: “If I’m ever seen out dancing at a club having fun, I don’t want people to immediately go, ‘Oh, she’s on drugs, she’s drunk. I’m never going to be that person. As long as I steer clear of that and keep that mind frame, I think I’ll be cool. I’m not gonna be like, ‘I’ll never have a drink in my entire life,’ because that’s probably going to be a lie. There’s a right way to do so — everything is good in small portions.” She probably shouldn’t count her chickens before they’ve flown the coop. We’ll see how well Miley Cyrus does with the alcohol after she comes of-age.

If there was ever a time when Lindsay Lohan might have needed a good solid drink, it is now… but no can do as the bracelet is still on. However that did not stop Lindsay Lohan from having her wisdom teeth removed and tweeting about the matter: “i am in so much pain from my wisdom teeth being pulled, it hurts so much. i’m ordering sushi in… gonna TRY and eat it… teeth are really hurting me today i just woke up from a sleep w/ an ice pack that velcros around my face and head. Hopefully it will start feeling better tomorrow- I’m just glad it’s over with!” Oh but the fun is just beginning… and if Lindsay Lohan actually tries to eat that sushi, the fun will last even longer.

There has recently been some speculation that Lindsay Lohan might be going to jail since she has failed to attend all of her classes on alcohol and thus she might not be square with her court orders. However, her lawyer recently released a statement in which he vehemently claims this is not true: “Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes. For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.” How responsible of “Ms. Lohan”… supposedly she’s been keeping up with her work as well. That sure doesn’t sound like the Lindsay Lohan everyone knows.

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf says he made himself give up alcohol because he could not drink ‘like a gentleman’.

LaBeouf, who was arrested for drink-driving in July 2008, says his misbehaviour made him kick the habit.

“I’ve been in a lot of trouble. I’ve been arrested a bunch of times.

“I f****d around for a while, so now I don’t drink any more. Right now. But that’s just today,” LaBeouf tells FHM magazine.

“Drinking is s***ty for me. I don’t know how to compose myself.

“I don’t know how to drink like a gentleman. When I drink, I get crazy.

“I have never had a beer because I like the taste of beer.

“I always had a beer to get f****d up.”

Stephanie Pratt, of The Hills fame, reflected on her experience of being charged for driving under the influence.

The sister of reality television celebrity Spencer Pratt was pulled over after attending the birthday party of Holly Montag, the sister of his wife, Heidi.

Stephanie, 23, said: “It was the worst thing to happen to me and, at the same time, it was the biggest blessing.”

Ironically, Heidi and Spencer were not in attendance at the party. Pratt, who was speaking to reporters at the Maxim and Ubisoft launch of Assassin’s Creed II in West Hollywood, said: “I learned to not fall apart, which is something that I usually do when something goes bad in my life. I learned that it is all about temptation and that I am being tested.”

Another coincidence was an episode of The Hills in which she berates Holly over drinking. Stephanie also said: “This is the first time that I haven’t screwed up more after a bad thing and I didn’t fall apart and say, ‘I hate my life, I want to die!’ It’s the first time in 23 years that I went the other way.”

She also counted her blessings as being made a partner of a dream handbag line and being closer to her parents than she ever had, saying: “I’ve never been happier in my life! I’ve had problems in my past, but I would just let them turn into snowballs that turned into avalanches. And this is the first time that I’ve ever done anything different.”

And yes, that is great news!
Lily Allen is preparing for the release of her second album and in a recent interview with the UK’s Observer, she says she’s off the sauce and drugs for the moment.

According to the interview, she hasn’t had a drink since the end of September.

Apparently, she was portrayed as a drunk in a comic book and she wasn’t too pleased.
She also says,
“I have no intention of taking drugs again at the moment. But I can’t say ‘Never again,’ because I don’t know where I’ll be in 10 years’ time. And I will definitely drink in the future, just not for awhile.”

Looks like nobody believed her sorry excuse that it was all a misunderstanding.
Hayden Panettiere’s father is now facing misdemeanor battery chargers after getting in a drunken fight with his wife in August.
She claims it was “misunderstanding.” Just like the second season of Heroes! T

Alan Panettiere faces up to a year in a Los Angeles County jail if convicted. He was arrested on Aug. 11 on suspicion of striking his wife, Lesley.
At the time, a sheriff’s spokesman said Panettiere was accused of hitting his wife three times with an open hand.
No matter who you are, no matter where you’re from (this sounds like a backstreet boys song I know), you CAN NEVER EVER HIT A WOMAN.

Perhaps now there are clearer skies ahead for Kirsten Storms. The General Hospital actress pleaded no contest to a DUI-related charge Wednesday stemming from her September arrest on a Los Angeles freeway, L.A. City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan confirmed. I blame it all on Marlena. after all, how messed up would you be if your mom had been possessed by Satan himself, had her identity switched with her insane sister and tossed in a nuthouse as a result, while the sister took over her life, been mind controlled by Stefano countless times, etc etc etc. plus i still think that roman is really her biological father and john is Brady’s father. Common with a mom like that, she is sure to have a lot of baggage. Sorry, i HAD to do that! hee hee hee. All kidding aside. It is nice though to see her take care of this and accept responsibility right away.

Mitch Winehouse was on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ on Monday to talk about his troubled daughter and clear up some issues about her that have been written in the tabloids.

Amy Winehouse’s father was pretty much big on his daughter and blames the singer’s husband Blake for all the trouble that she’s experiencing. Mitch told the hosts of the show that Amy was actually an opponent of hard drugs before she married Blake.

He also speaks of Amy’s battle with bulimia, her not reading the tabloids and how he will always be there for Amy if she needs his help. He’s pretty much making her out to be daddy’s little girl.

Michelle Rodriguez fears her career may be over now that she faces jail on D.U.I charges. The former Lost actress, who has committed a string of traffic-related offenses including hit-and-run and driving while under the influence of alcohol, was sentenced to 180 days in prison after lying about completing community service. She is right if she thinks that her career could be over, at least she has the feeling that she has committed some errors against the laws of this country and she could have to pay dearly for that. I know if she drops her rates or price of working in a project there are many stupid producers who will sign her up because she is hot actually she is very hot and guys just love to see her on screen. She writes, “When I moved here to Hollywood, California four years ago….excess became my only remedy. Yeah, it took me a lot of falls to wake up, breathe, and appreciate again. I have reached the end of my rope with regards to my career. It has taken me two years to slow down and pay attention.”

I guess it’s not any better than snorting cocaine, is it? I mean, if both are substances you can not only get addicted to but can kill you then it’s probably not a good thing that he’s snorting vodka instead of cocaine. Prince Harry was vacationing with his rich, snotty friends in Namibia where he was playing drinking games and just relaxing. This shows these royalties are no better than the Hollywood celebs and for that matter one doesn’t need to be a famous person to be doing these things, all you needs is being a rich fathers spoilt brat and show the green bucks at a hot tourist spot and they will arrange you all the latest that’s hitting the drug scene. I believe that their parents are to a great extent responsible for their actions, but once the kids are grown and have access to such kind of money they are inevitably going to try all that’s available to them and once they have had enough of it, they would one day sit and laugh over their acts. Just hope they are alive to laugh over their acts.
