Sales of Beyonce’s latest album,”4”, exploded after the American singer has announced she is pregnant with her ​​first child.
After giving the big news at MTV Video Music Awards 2011, sales of the album “4” have rised in the U.S.. During the show, which took place on August 28th in Los Angeles, Beyonce told the audience in the hall:
”I want you to feel the love that grows in me.”
Her words confirmed thus the rumors about a possible pregnancy already circulating for months, informs Nme.com. At the end of the song “Loveon Top”, Beyonce has opened her jacket and she caressed her tummy, while her husband, Jay-Z, embraced his good friend, Kanye West, in public.
According to the Billboard site, the album”4”’s sales increased by 40% since Sunday, and is most likely to reach the threshold of 40,000 units sold by the end of this week.

It’s official – Beyonce is expecting her first child with hubby Jay-Z! The 29-year old R&B/pop singer hit the black carpet at the 2011 MTV VMAs at the Nokia Theater LA Live in Los Angeles this past Sunday wearing a loose bright orange Lanvin gown. As the flashes started going off, Beyonce told the photographers “I have a surprise for you!” and held her stomach, revealing a baby bump hidden under the fabric of her dress. She may not have said it out loud but pictures were definitely worth a thousand words. In this case, just two – I’m pregnant. She also did the same thing after her performance. Congratulations to Beyonce and Jay-Z on the impending arrival!

Beyonce’s sister Solange Knowles said the star would love to start a family. Solange, 25, recently performed a DJ set in London where she revealed her older sister is always looking after her six-year-old son Daniel Julez. She said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: “Beyonce adores my little boy. She takes him everywhere. We were in Europe a couple months ago and he loved being with his aunty. “He is only young but is fluent in French, so he loves travelling to France with his aunty so he can practise. “She will be a great mum, a natural. She will love to start a family, I can’t wait, they will be beautiful.”

The singer recently spoke about her romantic life which apparently resumes to only two boyfriends. This is what Beyonce had to relate on the matter: “People would be surprised as to the lack of experiences I’ve had. When I was 12 or 13 I had my first boyfriend, and he was my boyfriend until I was 17. At that age, that was a long time. I’ve always been very loyal and a little more mature. Though I was too young for it to really be a boyfriend – we didn’t live together, we didn’t, you know . . . That was my only experience with a guy, and since then I’ve only had one other boyfriend in my life – Jay.” Well, well… that’s quite the accomplishment, both for Beyonce and Jay-Z. He probably couldn’t really say the same though… that would be a real surprise.

Willow Smith is getting ready to release her very first music video for her catchy first single ‘Whip My Hair’. The 9-year old singer daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith filmed the video in Sylmar, California in late September with director Ray Kay, who has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. The video will feature guest stars of ages 1-85 who whip their hair back and forth. ‘Whip My Hair’ is set to debut on BET on Monday. I’m definitely going to tune in for this one. Willow may be young but there’s no denying her talent and appeal.

At least this is what the former Destiny’s Child singer insists upon. It seems there have been a few rumors circulating around about how Beyonce and her former band mate, Kelly Rowland, are at each other’s throats, but the latter said this on the matter: “We all came out at the same time and it really doesn’t matter… I think there’s room for everybody… There’s B, there’s Ciara putting something out and GaGa putting something out, but, because we started out together, people are going to say things like that. But I really don’t care, I love her ’til our dying days and that’s all that counts.” It seems that those who spread the rumors think that it is all about Beyonce releasing a single a few days before Kelly Rowland. Now that’s no reason for them to argue, now is it? The chart positioning, on the other hand… well now, that’s where you can start a war at ease.

Justin Bieber may be the young heartthrob of today but the singer knows how to get his groove on with the ladies. The young man – oh who am I kidding? The boy told Details magazine that “I’ve had girlfriends. Nothing really, really serious, but I’ve had girlfriends. My first when I was like 12 or 13. A month later, we broke up. Now, I’m waiting for Beyonce to call.” If Jay-Z ever got to read this interview, I bet that he was laughing his butt off at the thought. Seriously though, 12 or 13? When was that, three days ago?
