Troubled Britney Spears’ family are to force her to quit LA and return to Louisiana.

Her dad Jamie Spears, who was recently granted control of her affairs, plans to take her back to the family home away from “bad influences”. He will file a court request to get Britney, 26, away from the clubs, drugs, and cheating ex-lover Adnan Ghalib.

A Spears family source said: “Britney has been feeling lonely and isolated since her dad has taken control of her life. He hopes to take her back to Louisiana where she will be surrounded by her family. Jamie also hopes it will give her the chance to mend her troubled relationship with her mum and her more recent rift with her pregnant sister. And he hopes to keep her away from the negative LA scene and people who’ve been using her.”

In recent weeks the star has made a good recovery. She has remained off drugs and has been working on her next music video. But her affairs will still be run by her dad and she is unable to see former manager Sam Lufti who has been issued with a restraining order.

Britney still faces a driving without a licence charge in LA after being nabbed last August.

There’s drama surrounding Britney Spears again, but this time, it may actually do some good. UCLA Medical Center terminated at least 13 staff members and suspended at least 6 others for looking at the confidential medical records of the now recovering starlet while she was hospitalized there. The LA Times reported that in addition to the firings, 6 doctors will face disciplinary action for snooping into the computerized records at the hospital when she was placed on a ‘5150 hold’. UCLA officials also admitted that this wasn’t the first time Brit’s privacy had been compromised as several employees were also caught snooping into her records when she gave birth to Sean Preston back in 2005.

I wanted to shake some sense into Hayden Panettiere when I found out she said she doesn’t have a model’s figure. But when I heard her determination to “rock her body” and is happy with what she’s got, I smiled again.

The Heroes babe accepts she’ll never be as thin as a supermodel, but instead of counting calories and obsessing over her genes, she’s learned to embrace her curves.

Hayden said: “I don’t have a model’s body. But I’m not one of those crazy girls who thinks that they’re fat. I’m okay with what I have. I can rock this body, y’know.”

The 18-year-old actress, who is rumoured to be dating Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, also revealed she only dates men who aren’t “threatened” by her career.

“I need somebody who is very secure. In this business, I’m constantly standing next to gorgeous people. My job is to make out with attractive men. Like, hello, who wouldn’t be completely threatened by that? But, at the end of the day, you have to realise that it’s a job.”

The young star also insists she is too grounded to ever go off the rails like Britney Spears. Hayden said, “I think people look at me as just another one of those girls who’s going to screw up, like, ‘She’s going to get into drugs and she’s going to get into parties.’ I have an occasional glass of champagne when I’m celebrating something, but generally I don’t drink. I’m a pizza-and-a-movie girl.”

Perhaps more girls should take a leaf out of her book.

Whatever the judge may say, Britney Spears is getting rave reviews from the kiddies – just not her own. The little girls that she’s teaching at the Millennium Dance Complex have fallen in love with the pop wreck as it seems. 5-year old Elissa Bouganim told People “Today, first we were dancing slow, and then faster and faster. Then we did the fish-move and lots of other fun things.” I don’t know what the fish move is but Elissa’s mom Pam gave Brit an A+ as well saying “Britney has really inspired her. It’s just amazing to watch Britney with the kids.”

Nope, no arrest for drugging poor Britney Spears yet. However, Sam did get served.

He was finally given the restraining order that prevents him from coming within 250 yards of the trouble star. He hid for over 200 hours before cops finally found him.

A hearing is set for Friday at 1:30 pm to see if the order will stand.

Fans fear for the life of Britney Spears as once again she drives haphazardly around LA in her black Mercedes once again. After being released from a psychiatric ward last night chaos ensued.

Her parents Jamie and Lynne are furious she has been released so early and have issued this statement,

“As parents of an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe. We are deeply concerned about our daughter’s safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded. We ask only that the court’s orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted.”

Reports from the US this morning claim the singer was released because a court representative found “no just cause” for her to remain in the UCLA Medical Center’s psychiatric unit.

Finally – someone who might actually be looking out for Britney’s best interests has control. Her father was given conservatorship over her.

The first thing he did? He took a restraining order out on Sam Lufti to keep him far away from the ailing pop star. Apparently her family thinks he’s a threat to her health and wellbeing.

This court appointment does not mean they can force Brit to start medication. Her father can discuss options with doctors but Britney will have the power to refuse. Her father has control over her finances for the time being as well.

Maybe this is a step in the right direction for Britney.

After having Britney hospitalized again last night, Lynnr Spears has decided that Hollywood is not the place for her daughter to get better. She wants to take her home to Louisiana.

Britney’s lawyer Michael Flanagan says, “Lynne is extremely concerned for her daughter and would like to take Britney back home to Louisiana and get her out of Hollywood. Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana.” He added that Lynne feels her daughter cannot get better if she is not removed from the circle of friends she currently has.

Ok, so he’s only been cheating on her for a month that we know of, but Adnan Ghalib’s wife has finally officially filed for divorce.

AzLynn Berry has finally had enough of his romps with Britney Spears and wants herself removed from the chaos that is his life. She filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences”. Umm, ya think?

Britney and Adnan were back together, heading out to dinner Tuesday night at Taverna Tony in Malibu.

After the load of drama that went on inside Britney Spears’ home on Thursday night, an emergency court hearing went down early the next day. Announcements about the rulings weren’t expected to come out until Monday but an order regarding the custody case between the pop wreck and KFed has been made public over the weekend.

Great mothers all over the world can now stop worrying about the babies because Britney’s visitation rights have been “suspended pending further order of the court”. The order will be in effect until January 14. After that, there will be another hearing to determine the future of Brit’s custody privileges.

And this time it’s not a rumor. It’s just not the Spears you’d expect.

Britney comes up clean in this one. Instead, the mother-to-be is Britney’s teenage sister and Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn. She has announced that she is pregnant at age 16 by 18 or 19 years old boyfriend Casey Aldridge.

Most of Jamie Lynn’s fans are in the “tween” age of 8-12. She is the star of Nickelodeon’s show Zoey 101. Parents are concerned about the lack of solid female teen role models for their children.

Well, at least she has her big sister Britney for advice….on how NOT to raise children. Her family says they like Casey Aldridge and believe he will stand by Jamie Lynn and take care of this baby.

I’d be worried about taking care of my own baby, if I were you, Mrs. Spears.

Everyone has their own Christmas list and most of those lists are filled with some material and selfish things but not Meagan Good’s list. She’s all about spreading the love and happiness.

All Meagan wants for Christmas is for Britney Spears to be happy and to not have her ‘chi-chis’ on display. There’s a slight chance that she might get one to come true but I’m completely certain she won’t get both.

The actress was asked on Wednesday night was she wanted for the holidays and after thinking about it for a second, she busted out with wanting happiness for Brit. She could have gone farther with wishing for world peace.

  I was under the impression that Paris Hilton and Britney Spears were fairly close friends; especially as they were seen out together at Britney’s 26th birthday celebration. But apparently they have has a falling out; resulting in Britney threatening to expose lesbian behaviour on Paris’s behalf.

Hmm. All sounds very petty to me. The story goes that Britney has footage of Paris in a compromising position with a mutual friend, and has written to her demanding that she stop being mean to people else Britney will release the video online.

But a source close to Hilton says; “It’s obvious Britney and her bratty pals are being silly. Paris laughed when she got the letter and said it was c**p.”

Obviously no matter how famous you are it doesn’t stop the school girl squabbles.

Us Weekly is out with a very controversial issue and it’s on none other than Britney Spears. I don’t care whether it’s true or not. If you ask me, it’s just confirming what everybody thinks of her right now.

The cover story is saying that craziness runs in Brit’s family. Her paternal grandmother committed suicide at age 31 by shooting herself in the chest with a shotgun at the grave of the son she lost. Also, two of her dad’s brothers ended up with criminal records and homeless.

Here’s the best part. Britney lied to us all by saying she was a virgin. She had sex when she was 14 with her first boyfriend!

Is she colorblind now?! Britney Spears ran a red light at a notoriously dangerous intersection on Thursday. If that’s not bad enough, her kids were in the back seat and a court-appointed monitor was crouched down in the front!

Britney approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon in LA. Then, she’s seen raising her cellphone to her face. It’s unknown whether she’s texting, making a call or attempting to cover up new collagen lips. She then drives into the intersection while someone outside the car screams “Red light, red light!” Britney then turns left to Mulholland Drive narrowly missing oncoming traffic.

It’s already clear how the judge and everybody else feels when Britney takes the wheel. Why is she even allowed to drive still?!

Given what she has been doing, it should come as no surprise that Britney Spears has not regained custody of her kids. Ex hubby Kevin Federline still gets full physical custody while Britney gets 3 monitored visits per week from noon to 7 PM and 1 overnight visit.

The parenting coach’s report on the monitored visits seemed to seal the deal because it was filled with complaints. “During all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play. It seems that [Britney’s] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children. [She had] a lack of general attention at times [but there was nothing she would characterize as] abusive in a traditional sense. The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful.”

Now who would give custody to that type of mother?

There were reports earlier this week that Britney Spears’ mother Lynne Spears was writing a “tell-all book” that would chronicle her daughters rise and fall from the limelight, well it turns out that rumor was only half true. It has just been confirmed that Lynne is writing a book on parenting for Christian publisher Thomas Nelson. Okay…I am going to defend Lynn Spears here. I would like to be speaking as a mom of grown children. First of all…Lynn is NO Dina Lohan! Second, Lynn didn’t raise Britney to do the things she is doing. Britney wanted a career; Lynn helped her to get that. Britney, as an adult, made the choices to screw up her life, not Lynn. No matter what Lynn said or did, as an adult, Britney would not have listened to her…and she hasn’t. Since no one has seen the manuscript Lynn is doing, it’s not fair to judge it yet. She could be bringing up all the perils and pitfalls of giving in too much to your children’s wants and desires over their actual needs.

Her hit and run case is already heating up but Britney Spears still finds ways to further ruin her chances when the pop wreck hit another photographer with her car a few days ago. The incident even left the blue-eyed Britney apologizing and being a nervous wreck.

Paparazzi spotted Britney as she was making her way out of Beverly Connection on Monday where she once again ran into a pap with her Benz. Even though the cameraman kept saying that it was his fault, Brit repeatedly apologize and even looked like she was about to cry at one point.

After getting out of there, she took refuge at the Beverly Wilshire hotel.

Her music sucks; she can’t sing, dance or even conduct herself properly. She eats like its her last meal, makes a spectacle of herself, her family and the good reputation she once had. I have an image in my head of Britney: At home in her million dollar mansion. It’s a mess with McDonald’s and Pizza Hut boxes all over the floor. She is in the corner barking out orders like Leona Helmsley to her underlings. All the while, she is drunk on stupidity. I remember way back when…when Britney and Christina first hit the public eye. I liked both of them, but put my money on Christina. Why? Because Christina has the voice and the confidence that goes with the voice. Britney has never has the voice, just some dance moves, teenage sexiness and good managers. Well, the fat lady is singing, “It’s all over”.

She screws up a lot of times and yet she still gets some rewards. Maybe that’s what’s wrong in her life.

Britney Spears had a hearing about having her two sons visit overnight. However, when it came time for the hearing, the fallen pop star came in an astounding five hours late! And yet, a Los Angeles judge found reason to throw her a bone on Thursday when Britney was granted one night a week when she can have Sean Preston and Jayden James sleep over at her house. That is, with a court-appointed monitor of course.

Now that she and her mom Lynne are doing good, Brit reportedly wants her mom to be the monitor. What?!
