Charice has been known to be a balladeer ever since she burst onto the music scene but the young singer just pulled an ace up her sleeve with a new up tempo track called “Louder”. The track is the new single from Charice’s upcoming second international album, which is out later this year.”Louder” was produced by Australian duo DreamLab and is a great pop track with a dance-y hook. Enough of those mature ballads and slow songs. Charice has come out of her shell and is finally releasing songs that are more appropriate for her age. I like it. What do you think?

Meet Charice – a seventeen year old Filipino superstar whose powerful voice shines wise beyond her years. Charice was originally discovered by Oprah’s producers via a YouTube video which was filmed when she was just fifteen years old. The internet sensation has impressed both fans and industry professionals after racking up over thirteen million hits online.
Charice recently premiered her new single, “Note To God,” on “Oprah’s Search for the World’s Smartest and Most Talented Kids.” The haunting and emotionally charged track was produced by the legendary David Foster and written by Grammy winner Diane Warren.
