U.S. singer Britney Spears says that the shows in foreign countries brings more joy to her than the ones in her home country.
Britney Spears likes to have concerts outside America, informed music-news.com. Currently, she is on the promotion tour of her latest album, ‘Femme Fatale’. On this occasion, Britney has traveled in the U.S., Canada and is expected to arrive in Europe.
“I think the public in foreign countries is more excited and more happy to see you. It’s amazing, I enjoy it much more. I do not know why, they just have more energy and are very welcoming, “said Britney Spears for Glamour magazine.
Britney Spears said recently that she wants to increase their family with another child. Thus, the singer – who has two sons with former husband Kevin Federline – wants to have a child, this time with current partner, Jason Trawick.

Since two years have already passed since Miley Cyrus did her last tour it is high time she got back on the wagon to see some of her more distant fans. To that extent it seems that Miley Cyrus is going to be doing a tour in South America starting with the end of April. This is what a source had to say about the singer’s upcoming tour: “Miley has a huge fanbase worldwide. She’s pumped that her scheduled has opened up and allowed her to perform for fans abroad.” Miley Cyrus is so thoughtful to her fans… and by the time she’ll be back she’ll probably even have a happy, reunited family to return to.

It’s good to see that old habits don’t really change. It seems that now that Pete Wentz’s son is two years old, the singer is keen on taking him and his wife, Ashley Simpson, to tour with his new band, Black Cards. This is what Pete Wentz said on the matter: “The great thing right now is that my family is very mobile and are able to tour with me. And I think that’s the only thing that would’ve been a hurdle. But the fact they’re kind of able to go, I want to be back out there. And it’s really cool to be able to see the world and to do it on a record company’s dime, so I’d like to kind of do that and I’d like to show my son the world as well.” Perhaps Pete Wentz has forgotten the music festivals he used to attend with his son a while back. Still, if it’s showing him the world he wants, he might consider waiting a bit longer because being two years old, he might not remember too much.

The singer seems to be using some very interesting promoting techniques for her new album. Taylor Swift apparently got the very spontaneous idea of blocking Hollywood Blvd on Friday in order to play a surprise concert at the top of a double-decker. This is what she tweeted earlier that day: “If you’re at Hollywood and Highland around 4 today, my band and I will see you there.” Considering the level of popularity Taylor Swift enjoys, wouldn’t that cause of a bit of mass hysteria? Or does that happen only when the fan base is made-up largely of teenage girls… like, say for instance that of Justin Bieber’s?

Madonna is so obsessed with Lady Gaga, that she would do anything to go on tour with her, writes showbizspy.com. According to sources close to Madonna, she wants Lady Gaga to be the opening act to her concerts in the tour next year. Madonna has admitted some time ago that she is a big fan of Lady Gaga. In return, Gaga said that she is fascinated by Madonna, but also Courtney Love, lead singer of Hole. “I admire Madonna and Courtney Love for the way they reinvented themselves and managed to break everything,” said Lady Gaga a year ago.

It seems that Justin Bieber can’t go anywhere. A few days ago, the pop singer witnessed the power of his crazy fans when 4000 screaming girls showed up for his free concert in Australia. The show was cancelled due to safety reasons. Though not at the same magnitude, Justin received a similar welcome when he arrived in New Zealand. According to reports, 500 fans camped out in Auckland International Airport hoping to catch a glimpse of the teen sensation. Airport officials amped up security to ensure safety and fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries. And just to be on the safe side, they also upped the man power at his hotel.

With her acting career seemingly over as news has come out saying that she will no longer appear on ‘Gossip Girl’, Taylor Momsen is taking advantage of what little talent she has left by focusing on her music. The so-called rock star was spotted performing last Friday with her band The Pretty Reckless. The group performed at the Vans Warped Tour 2010 Press Conference and Kick Off Party at the Key Club in Los Angeles. Taylor seemed to have channeled Courtney Love with her negligee look alike dress and loads of eye makeup. Me thinks someone is trying a little too hard.

With Nick and Joe pursuing solo gigs and Kevin busy shopping, is there any chance that the Jonas Brothers are no longer a band? According to Joe Jonas, that maybe the case but nothing is set in stone just yet. Joe spoke to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show saying “I think that’s undecided. I know a tour is in the works, and we’re planning one right now. So we’ll have one probably by the end of summer or something. We didn’t have this year totally mapped out like the past few years, because we wanted to have a little break time to figure it all out. I think we will do a tour, for sure, as the Jonas Brothers, but then we’ll see from there.” Could that tour be their farewell?

Nick Jonas recently announced on his blog that he and his band The Administration will be kicking off a month-long tour starting January 2nd. The Jonas Brothers member will be performing in more intimate settings, so if he happens to be your favorite of the trio, you can expect to be getting a lot closer than all of those sold out arenas. Tickets for his concerts will go on sale in select cities on December 5th and everywhere else on December 12th. I have a feeling that a lot of teenage girls will be switching around their Christmas wish lists for this one.

For some reason I can’t really comprehend, Selena Gomez decided to pull out a Backstreet Boys cover of ‘I Want it That Way’ at her concert in San Diego last weekend. The poor Disney starlet had to sing the song well below her register – or maybe she just can’t sing it that well. Selena sounded like she smoked a pack of cigarettes before taking the stage. She couldn’t even sing most of the song! Some backup singer named Greg had to jump in to save her from further humiliation. Whose idea was all of this? If I didn’t know any better, I would say that she’s gotten crazy.

Breaking Benjamin lead singer Ben Burnley is going to be part of Xbox Live’s “Game With Fame” series tonight (10/15)! Ben will be playing “Call of Duty 4″ with the gamertag “BreakBen GwF” (make sure you put the space between BreakBen and GwF!) between the hours of 7pm-9pm EST. Anyone can play so all you need to do is log into XBox live and play “Call of Duty 4″. Make sure to bring your “A” game!

Breaking Benjamin have also just released their new album Dear Agony on September 29th. The album made a big splash at iTunes, debuting at Number 1 on the album chart.

U2 kicked off the North American leg of their 360° Tour on September 13th, and cameras have been rolling during the shows and behind the scenes. Sophomore Release Due Out November 17th

OneRepublic have unveiled the cover to their highly anticipated sophomore album Waking Up. The follow-up to their Dreaming Out Loud debut is due out on November 17th, and it features the powerful new single “All The Right Moves.” OneRepublic broke records with their mega-hit “Apologize” which became the most legally downloaded song in US digital history.

In 2007, after seven years together as a band, OneRepublic took the world by storm with their debut release Dreaming Out Loud. The album included the smash first single “Apologize” which shattered digital sales and airplay records worldwide, and along with second single “Stop And Stare” propelled the album to platinum plus sales. Now the boys from Denver are back with a new set and a fall tour! Waking Up will be released November 17th on Mosley/Interscope Records. First single “All The Right Moves” will go for adds at radio September 22nd.

In support of their new release OneRepublic will join Rob Thomas on tour beginning September 23rd at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL.

OneRepublic recorded Waking Up in their home town of Denver, CO. Tedder, an accomplished producer in his own right, and one of the most sought after songwriters of today, has penned and produced hit singles for the likes of Leona Lewis, Beyonce, Jordin Sparks, Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Lopez and Natasha Bedingfield and is currently working with Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, Adam Lambert and Rascal Flatts. Naturally he was up for producing duties on his band’s new album.

OneRepublic is Ryan Tedder (songwriter/vocals/keyboard), Zach Filkins (guitar), Drew Brown (guitar), Brent Kutzle (bass, cello), and Eddie Fisher (drums). In addition to their success here in the states, OneRepublic also has tremendous international success achieving gold record status in 12 countries. They have shared the stage with acts such as Lenny Kravitz, The Verve, and Muse at various music festivals around the world.

Joe Jonas has reportedly split with Camilla Belle. Before the official announcement from the actress’ rep, fans based the breakup theory off of some pretty strong acts of sadness from the Jonas Brothers singer. At a show in Detroit, the singer actually broke out in tears during two of his performances. Many fans saw and heard Joe cry through his ‘Camp Rock’ hit ‘Gotta Find You’ and ‘Turn Right’. Additionally, during the song ‘Much Better’, Joe changed the lyrics from “Get a rep for breakin’ hearts, now I’m done with superstars” to “Get a rep for breakin hearts, now I’m done with movie stars.” At their Boston show a week earlier, while performing ‘Much Better’, Joe took off the necklace that Camilla gave to him.

Starting in October, look for ‘Star Wars: The Concert’ to hit an arena near you. Apparently, geeks will take any excuse to dress up and talk in fake alien languages. The concert version of the beloved sci-fi series will feature a live symphony orchestra, huge screens, film clips and a travelling exhibit. The music that will be featured will be a compilation of the work of John Williams from all six movies and Anthony Daniels, the actor who portrayed robot C-3PO in the movies, will even narrate the event live. The concert will kick off in Anaheim on October 1st. Tickets will go on sale on August 1st.

Ticketmaster is probably one of the worst companies in America as they have screwed up once again. They screwed up this past Monday when they posted the wrong seating chart for Miley Cyrus’ concert at Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum, which has caused fans to pay big money for lame seats. Ticketmaster later released a statement regarding the mistake saying “Some fans who purchased the best available floor tickets to Miley Cyrus’s upcoming Nassau Coliseum concerts during Monday’s fanclub presale may have viewed a seating map that was updated later that day. The system did provide the best tickets available to all buyers at their time of purchase, however if any consumer is unhappy with their floor seats in sections A2, B2, and C2 because of the seating map change, they may obtain a refund by calling Ticketmaster’s customer service at 1-800-745-3000.”
